🧾 Window Cleaning Terms of Business

While there’s no formal contract and we don’t ask customers to sign anything, we kindly ask that these simple terms are respected. They help us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Service Frequency
Our standard service is every 4 weeks, year-round. You’ll be added to a regular round, and we aim to clean as close to your cycle as possible. Weather, access, and other factors may occasionally cause delays, but we’ll always get to you as soon as we can.

Weather & Access
We clean in most weather, including light rain. If conditions are unsafe (e.g. high winds or icy surfaces), we’ll reschedule. Please ensure we have access to the rear of your property on cleaning day.
If a vehicle, locked gate, or other obstruction prevents us from reaching certain windows, we won’t be able to clean them — and they’ll be included again on the next visit.

Payment
We kindly ask all customers to pay via GoCardless, our secure Direct Debit system. It’s automatic, hassle-free, and helps us keep admin to a minimum. You’ll receive a notification before each payment is taken.

Missed Cleans
We kindly request that there are no last-minute cancellations. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in termination of our service.

Extras & One-Offs
Services like conservatory cleaning, roof cleaning, or internal windows are quoted separately. Just ask if you’d like to add these to your next visit.
