Terms of Business – Gutter & Fascia Cleaning
1. Service Provision
All gutter and fascia cleaning is carried out using professional equipment and safe working practices.
We will remove debris, moss, and dirt from gutters, downpipes, and fascia boards to the best achievable standard.
While every effort is made to restore appearance, staining, weathering, or permanent discoloration may not be fully removed.
2. Access Requirements
Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the property on the scheduled date.
Driveways, paths, and working areas must be free of vehicles, furniture, or obstructions.
If access is not possible, the appointment may be rescheduled and a call‑out fee may apply.
3. Safety & Liability
We take care to avoid damage, but cannot be held responsible for pre‑existing cracks, loose fittings, or fragile guttering/fascia materials.
Customers are advised to check that their guttering and fascia are structurally sound before booking.
We are fully insured for public liability.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are confirmed in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule at no extra cost.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full immediately after the cleaning service has been completed.
Late payments may result in additional charges.
6. Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of service.
We will return to inspect and, where reasonable, re‑clean the affected area.
No refunds are offered once work has been completed, except where required by law.
7. Ongoing Maintenance
Gutter and fascia cleaning helps maintain appearance and function but does not prevent natural weathering, future moss growth, or blockages caused by falling leaves.
Customers may wish to schedule regular cleaning for best results.
8. Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms of Business.
